South Coast Maine

Nubble Light (c) Dan Gair
Seacoast Gallery

South Coast Maine stretches from Kittery to Kennebunkport and inland to the Berwicks and beyond. Here are some of the most historic and scenic towns in the largest New England state.  This community is closely tied to both the Portland and New Hampshire communities and include some of the best beaches.

Dan GairOur second Photo Gallery features the work of popular commercial and stock photographer Dan Gair. Dan's home base is just across the Piscataqua River in Kittery, Maine. This selection of images highlights the nearby Maine coast, just minutes from Seacoast, New Hampshire. Dan transports us from the last days of winter through spring thaw and into summer. Among these images is his hauntingly beautiful picture of York's Nubble Lighthouse which was selected for the cover of our popular video "South Coast Maine: 101 Highlights" Since this early gallery, Dan has gone fully digital and you can see his latest images by visiting his web site above.

We will continue to feature local images by the region's finest professional photographers. All photos are copyrighted, of course, and may not be used without permission. But they will be here whenever you want to see them. So enjoy! -- JDR
