From Saturday, August 24 to Tuesday, August 27 Star Island Experience Early Week offers guests access to meditation sessions, talks on Victorian era history at the Isles of Shoals, and moments to explore the island’s natural beauty.
From Wednesday, August 28 to Saturday, August 31 Star Island Experience Late Week provides time to also explore meditation, participate in late evening creative workshops, and learn about local fishing history.
The full Star Island Experience Week brings people together in a camp like setting with time to explore a variety of workshops and activities from Saturday, August 24 to Saturday, August 31. The week is purposefully planned for people with varying interests seeking a distinct vacation to remember for a lifetime.
Meditations can mark anyone’s morning, with history lessons on various themes including Murder, Mystery and Mayhem on the Isles of Shoals taking place in the afternoon and evening.
Boston-based song leader Nick Page, well known for bringing together people of all talents in celebrating the joy of music, leads island-wide workshops throughout the week.
A moment of reflection comes mid-week as the 50th anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s “I Have a Dream” speech is celebrated.
