Wagner does not have a smutty nose
Read Text Version

When Wagner is called the "Smutty Nose murderer," it is not meant that
he has a smutty nose, but that he murdered two women on Smutty Nose
Island. This explanation is made for the benefit of foreigners, who are
not expected to be familiar with the niceties and the elegances of the
"American" language. --- Traveller.
