Murder house ravaged by relic hunters
Read Text Version

The old house on Smutty-nose island, Isles of Shoals, in which the
Wagner murder was committed, is rapidly being cut to pieces by relic
hunters. The bedroom, where there were so many spots of blood, is
completely honey-combed, and the woodwork around the window through
which Mrs. Hontvent escaped, has been entirely removed.
