Seeking ID on Frank Jones Brew Crew

Can you help a reader identify more of the men in this picture? It comes from Maureen Gralton Durgin whose fraternal grandfather, Michael Regan, is standing (first on left) in the middle row. Regan and his family lived on 216 Bartlett Street. (Continued below)

We've seen photos of brewery workers standing in front of Frank Jones shops downtown, marching in parades, and playing sports for the Jones Ale team. But we don't have a clue why this group was gathered at the Frank Jones Brewery door on this occasion around 1900. Michael Regan, a laborer, was listed as "Reagan" in the Portsmouth City Directory. He married Ellen Seward in 1903. Bother were from Ireland and they had three children -- Timothy, Mary, and Helen and nine grandchildren, all raised on Bartlett Street. Michael was in poor health as the result of injuries received from an accident at the coaling plant of the Boston and Maine railroad where he was buried in a coal chute while trimming. He died suddenly of heart disease in 1914 at the age of 39 while on a business trip to Dover. A FEW HINTS: (1) The man with the baby may be Mr. Fulham of Pine Street; (2) One of the men may be related to policeman Bill Keefe; (3) two others may be a Mr. Canty, and a Mr. Quirk.
