When these early postcards were created, Phillips Exeter was already more than 100 years old, its alumni including Daniel Webster and Robert Todd Lincoln. Founded in 1781, PEA remains one of the most prestigious secondary schools with students attending from around the world. These images are from the collection of Sharon Stephan.
