EXETER -- Raise Your Vibe Wednesdays at Blue Moon. Blue Moon Natural Foods, 8 Clifford Street, Exeter, sees this spring as an opportunity to explore what each of us can do to make healthful choices for people and the planet. Some of these solutions come in the kitchen. On Wednesdays 7-9, running through May 14, join Chef Kathy Gallant to learn about traditional cooking with a vegetarian theme.
Wednesday May 7th, Gallant invites teenagers into the kitchen for “Teens Go Vegetarian.” The lecture/demo focuses on beginner-friendly meal preparation (and eating)! May 14, learn about the transforming High Vibe of Raw Food, Raw 101 as everyone prepares and enjoys a raw food feast. Cost for the Wednesday series is $35 per session.
Blue Moon’s thirteenth year anniversary schedule of events covers in-school presentations and in-store sampling days with Blue Moon’s local vendors.
