From photography to television to the Internet, journalism in the 21st century has become an increasingly visual enterprise. While the work of filmmaker Louis de Rochemont (1899-1978) of Newington goes largely unrecognized, his influence can be seen in modern news productions ranging from “60 Minutes” to “The Colbert Report.”
