Friends of Portsmouth Harbor Lighthouses have scheduled three nights of our always popular "Haunted Lighthouse and Fort" tours: June 30, July 14, and August 25, 2012. Join author and radio personality Ron Kolek of the New England Ghost Project, along with author and lighthouse historian Jeremy D'Entremont, for a rare nighttime walking tour of Fort Constitution and Portsmouth Harbor Lighthouse. The fort and lighthouse have been featured on TV, including the popular show Ghost Hunters.  You'll hear about the paranormal investigations at the fort and lighthouse that have indicated (to those who believe in such things) the presence of a number of “otherworldly residents.” Ron will discuss investigation methods, and Jeremy will fill in the history behind the imagined ghostly tales. 

There will be three tours on each date (7:00, 8:45, and 10:30), and each tour will last about 90 minutes and will be limited to 16 persons. Not recommended for children under 12. $20 per person.

Also, a heads up -- the annual American Lighthouse Foundation gala dinner has been scheduled for April 28 at the Four Points Sheraton in Eastham, Cape Cod. Full details will be made public very soon.
