Lesley Smith Productions a motivational programming company in the NH-MA Seacoast will host the one-woman musical comedy, “Just Breathe: A Night Comedy & Chocolate” starring Lesley Smith at Unity on The River in Amesbury MA on October 21, 2011. The show is a stress-melting machine that gives people of all ages a chance to be delighted by the world again. Lesley’s hilarious characters (a therapist, life coach, pet psychic and guru) embody both the frustrations and hopes of our time.  Admission includes treats from a variety of local chocolatiers. The American Independence Museum will celebrate NH’s first “History Week”, scheduled for October 16-22. Representative David Watters of Dover introduced the bill that proclaimed an annual observance of New Hampshire’s rich history. Governor Lynch signed it into law in July. (Continued below)

Two nationally known magicians (who are both ordained ministers) wil team up for two evenings of family entertainment just before Halloween. On Friday, October 28 and Saturday, October 29, Rev. Pontine Theatre announces its 34th performance season at the West End Studio Theatre in Portsmouth NH. Two things unite the wide range of work presented in Pontine Theatre’s annual performance series. All use expression through movement as a primary dramatic vehicle and all are original works or adaptations created by the artists who perform them. This season the series features five productions, two by Pontine and three by invited guest artists. (Continued below)
