EXHIBIT RUNS

Concord, NH

Visitors will see a three-dimensional, mosaic-like wood piece handcrafted using the Intarsia technique by new juried member Duane Martin; a purse by new juried member Rhonda Besaw, who uses traditional Native American Wabanaki beadwork; and beautifully sculpted lamp bases and vases that new juried member Bob Englund made from cordwood.

The exhibition will be in the League's Gallery 205 in Concord from April 9 through June 25, 2010. An opening reception, where the public can meet and speak with the participating craftspeople, is scheduled for Friday, April 9 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. In case of inclement weather, please check the League's website. for cancellation. Gallery 205 is located in the League of NH Craftsmen's headquarters at 205 North Main Street in Concord, NH and is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, and Saturdays, during the exhibition, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. 

"The fine craft pieces on display each have a story that represents each maker's distinctive vision and technique," said League Executive Director Susie Lowe-Stockwell. "These talented craftsmen have met our rigorous standards for creativity, innovation and technical expertise, and we are thrilled to showcase their work."
