Dinosaurs by Robert Squier
Sqier_dinosaur_detailLong ago dinosaurs roamed the earth, leaving behind plenty of questions for scientists to ponder. Lcukily they also left plenty of pictures for Robert Squier, among our favorite local illustrators, to draw. You can see them without danger since they are made of paper.

EXHIBIT RUNS
Feb 1 – March 31
Dover, NH

At the Children’s Museum of New Hampshire, kids and adults can develop some theories of their own as they explore stunning images of prehistoric beasts in the new Introducing Dinosaurs exhibit. Featuring richly detailed drawings by Seacoast illustrator Robert Squier, this exhibit is on display in Gallery 6 at the Children’s Museum of New Hampshire from February 1- March 31.

Robert Squier was commissioned to create this exhibit’s striking illustrations for a 12-book series titled Introducing Dinosaurs published by The Child’s World. These new books introduce young readers to a wide variety of ancient and mysterious creatures. Visitors to the Gallery 6 exhibit can learn new facts about old favorites like T. Rex, as well as get an introduction to fascinating new creatures like the spinosaurus and velociraptor through Robert’s colorful and sometimes humorous interpretations.
