See Charles Dickens’s classic tale of the miserly Ebenezer Scrooge come to life this holiday season on the seacoast. After Scrooge dismisses his clerk, Bob Cratchit, for the holiday, this ghostly tale unfolds to reveal his life from past, to present, to his future.  Scrooge must face the love and warmth he has closed himself off to, and this miraculous night leaves him a changed man. No matter the traditions your family celebrates, the story of A Christmas Carol is sure to warm your heart, lighten your mood, and help remind us all just how important human connection can be.

Jennifer Henry helms this performance as director, written by Gary Newton and adapted by Christopher Savage. Local actor Steve Sacks takes on the role of Ebenezer Scrooge for the first time. Ghosts of productions past Michael Towle and Spencer Bateman return as Cratchit and Tiny Tim.  The show is filled with local seacoast favorites including Christopher Savage as Jacob Marley, Michelle Blouin-Wright as Mrs. Fezziwig, and Paul Strand as Christmas Present;  as well as newcomers Ben Tylka as Christmas Future and Jenny Moore as Mrs. Cratchit.
