CONTEST RULES
1. Winners will be randomly drawn from the pool of correct responses. Contests
close at midnight ET on the last day of the month. New contests open on the SECOND
day of the new month. Entries received between those times cannot be accepted.
2. Winners will be notified by e-mail, so please list your e-mail address correctly.
Prizes will be forwarded via postal mail. Entries not fully completed (all fields)
will not be considered for prizes, so please fill out the entire form.
3. Winners agree that their name, town and state may be listed on the Contest
Page on SeacoastNH.com and in any promotion materials for the web site. Prizes
are mailed directly from sponsors, so if you do not receive your prize within
6 (six) weeks of winning, please notify us by email. We reserve the right to replace
any prize with another of equal value.
4. Winners may not re-enter the monthly contest for 60 days after receiving a
prize. Also, incomplete entires (missing zip code, address, etc.) cannot be accepted.
If you are using a root form, be sure it is fully filled out and that the quiz
question has been answered correctly.
5. IMPORTANT: Only one entry per month per household please. You must be 18 years
old to enter. All e-mail addresses will automatically be entered into our Newsletter
subscription list to receive free updates on SeacoastNH.com. PLEASE NOTE: Multiple
entries in the same month will all be eliminated from the contest automatically
and may be filtered out of future contests. Be sure to click the link ONCE and
wait for the acceptance page to appear. Do not double-click. Double clicking will
invalidate your entry if two entries are filed.
6. This SeacoastNH contest requires the collection, processing and storage of
individual contact and demographic information (e.g., your email and mailing address)
to be used for the contest. SeacoastNH shares the user's individual contact and
demographic information with the participating contest sponsor, who may use this
information as they wish. A registrant's personal contact and demographic information
will not be released to any third-party organization other than named sponsors
without the user's consent, and SeacoastNH.com will request that such named sponsors
uphold the privacy of the registrants' information by not distributing or sharing
such information with any other businesses or organizations..
