Strawbery Banke Presents
HISTORIC PORTSMOUTH #17
One of these men is Lafayette V. Newell, the Victorian photographer responsible
for many of the incredible images running in this series. The other is his twin
brother Albert. We’re not sure who the woman is. LV Newell’s studio stood at the
corner of Fleet and Congress.
