Langdon Mansion Victorian Days

Strawbery Banke Presents

Today the 1784 Gov. John Langdon mansion is restored to its original glory. But, for a while, the interior decorating evolved with the times. The house once sported this stylish gas chandelier and a massive Chickering grand piano, both manufactured after the Civil War.
