Gypsy violin player/ Strawbery Banke Museum

Street "buskers" in Market Square is nothing new. In this photo a "gypsy" father leans on a harp as two sons play violins. The picture was likely taken out the window of Lafayette Newell’s studio on Congress Street placing it between 1882 and 1886.
