Greetings Friends, Manchester businessman Lionel Johnson is featured on the month of January for his persistence in the State Legislature to adopt the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday in this state.

Let's celebrate our local history by distributing these calendars to friends, classroom teachers, and public officials within the next few weeks.

Students produced the artwork for these original calendars under the direction of local artist and photographer, Richard Haynes.
