From 150 feet above the Piscataqua River two powerboats pass beneath the Memorial Bridge. About two dozen members of the rededication party took a ride, including Eillie and Eileen Foley. Gramma Eileen took the first ride in August 1923 with the governors of Maine and New Hampshire.
